I just happened to see that you are requesting much the same as I am in my
thread dated 5/9/2008, titled "Modifying Messages in the workflow
submission
process..."

I see Steve's answer ("Thats just the way it is... some things will never
change" Willams or Winwood?? ;-) and have to ask, "Can this be made
into
an enhancement request? Is there a way to make the visible forms more
flexible, while still retaining whatever the system needs to function?"

The inflexibility of the interface is often a stumbling block with Customers
who wish to present a consistent, unified presence on all of their web
sites. I know this may be asking a lot, but I just wanted to register my
vote with Toralf.

Hopefully,

Rob.

Thanks for your support, Rob! :)

Actually, a specific customer of ours have told us that this issue is a
showstopper to implementing User Application, and they are looking to find
other more user friendly solutions instead.

I believe it can't be much of a technical challenge to remove the text
from the UI, it's just a matter of priority. Since this solution is aimed
at end user self service, design is a big issue, and I believe Novell
should put more work and considerations into the UI, than more traditional
"IT technical" products would require....
