Control form fields in create portlet

Hello evryone

I'm asking a lot today, I apologize ... but hopefully my questions will
help other people.
I work on the create portlet, but it seems that it is too static for my
needs.
I just want to control the fields (make upper, replace characters) or
generate other fields that doesn't appear in the form (fullname by
getting the firstname and the lastname) and finding a way to hide the
field uniqueID or CN and forge it myself ...
It tried in the DAL with the default values but that it is not the
solution I gess.
In my wish list, what is possible and what is not ?? Is there a way to
achieve my tasks ??
I thought to the workflow forms and requests but that is not exactly
what I want to do.

You do not have that kind of control over the create portlet.

If you want to do that you need to use a No Approval workflow approach, 
as been covered on this list several times.
