Yes, properties files are being provided for all the localization text.
What you do is replace the proper properties file with the text you want
to replace. And you only need to provide that text, not for all the
other messages in that bundle. Put this in the classpath for the User
Application and it will be picked up, replacing what is in the Java

Just to clarify: So this ability will be in IDM 3.6 (User App 3.??)?
