how to install ib 7.1 and 7.5 on vista

	That is true, since all other versions of IB predate Vista, and since
Vista has significant new restrictions on what applications can do.

	There is simply no way, barring time travel, for any version of any
app to reliably support OS versions released after the app itself.

	Then you should use IB 2007.

Why not? This is not the first time that Microsoft has tightened
security restrictions on a new release of Windows in a way that caused
problems for old applications. All versions of IB prior to IB2007
shipped long before Vista shipped.

thats true, i thought you will need to spy microsoft to know what they are
planning to do in the future.
