I usually call install support when registration doesn't work. It's
free and easier than trying to figure it out for yourself.

I do highly recommend creating a support case. It's quick, free and
easy. However, did you get an activation file and save the attachment in
it to your license folder? The most likely cause for this error is not
saving the activation file.
