Your registration is tied to the nodeid of the computer. Practical
experience says changing the ip address changes the nodeid. If your
nodeid changes you need to delete your borland.lic file and register
again. If you can change your ip address without changing the nodeid,
then everything should just work.

When delivering a server with Interbase 2007 installed
to our client we had to change the server's IP.

Now we are getting a registration error in Interbase.log:

"Registration file error: [SLM_CreateCLM] SlipException."

Do we have to register again?

Thanks.
