Emailing favorites list

How do I send my favorites list (or an item from the list) as an
attachment to an email?

Click "Start", "Find", "Files and folders",  type
"favorites" and click 
"Find Now".  Double-click the favorites folder, hold down the
"Ctrl" key,
left-click once on the favorites you wish to send, then right-click, select 
"Send to", "Mail Recipient".

In IE click File | Import and Export.
Export your favorites to an HTM file and attach that to your email.
