MSHFlexGrid

I have just replaced a MSFlexGrid with a MSHFlexGrid in an old 
web-application. The problem is that MSFlexGrid generates ONE Scroll event I 
press the scroll arrow (And then again when the event-code is processed if 
the button is still pressed) but MSHFlexGrid generates Scroll events in NEW 
THREADS continuously while pressing the button. My question is how can I make 
MSHFlexGrid behave as MSFlexGrid in this matter. Or is it possible to 
synchronize the JScript/VBScript code. I get a very strange grid behaviour if
