Help

My son was playing with my computer and now I cant do the following :
1.Everytime I open a link in an email,it goes "behind" my email. I
always 
have 
   to minimize the webpage just so I can see it.

 2. Everytime I used to minimize a webpage,it would stay at the bottom,now 
all is 
     white,and has small vertical bars on the right side.

  3. Clock is also gone (used to be on the right side).
