Weird send/receive emails...

(WinXP Home SP2; OE 6; IE 6; Dell Dimension XPS T450MHz Pentium III; AVG 
Free Version 7.5.503; spybot S&D; ad-aware; cable; WordPerfect8; Lexmark 
Laser printer "Optra E310")

Hello, and I hope I'm in the right forum?:

(1)  WHEN I SEND OUT OR FORWARD MSGS, the recipients get them entirely 
garbled, or empty with an attachment which I DID NOT create and which I'm 
told they can't open, and/or they receive them in multiples of anywhere from 
4 to10 copies!!!

(2)  I RECEIVE BOUNCES ALSO IN multiples of from 4 to 20 and more copies!!! 
And they also come as described above: empty with attachment, all garbled, 
etc..  One recipient sent me the weird emails I sent her so I could believe 
her, she said.

(3)  WHEN FORWARDING FROM ONE IDENTITY TO ANOTHER, they go through the same 
weird process as described above.

(4)  WHILE ALL OF THIS GOES ON...the messages are still in the outbox.  So 
how did they arrive at the recipients and also bounce back to me???  Anyone 
knows?

(5)  I SCAN DAILY my computer with AVG AV, clean up with Ad-Aware Lavasoft, 
Spy Bot S&D, delete all temps, etc.  I hope some good soul will help me 
identify and fix this problem please?
