noaccess.rat files for yahoo.mail ,gmail, outlook exress
etc.

Dear All,

We have broad brand connection. One of the employee always access un-wanted
site. I am unable to check it. But the Problems is that he regurarly mail
every where. (mail his main job). 

I copy noaccess.rat in system folder. But at present he is unable to access
yahoo.mail & outlook exress etc. 

I already configure it but problems is not solve. Kindly advice me how I
manage his access rights on the system by using admin access rights. 

We are using Windows xp pressional  normal workgroup .

so kindly help me about that matter how I will creat noaccess.rat files for
allowing yahoo.mail, outlook express & Gmail. 

Pl help me . 

The Matter is very very urgent for me.
