| Browser Helper Object Change Incorrectly Denied |

One of my security programs, Spybot Search and Destroy alerts me to BHO
changes. After I installed the Feb. 14 security updates I got such a message.
I denied the change. Later, I wondered if this was a legitimate part of the
I.E. 7 update, KB944533. If so, What is my best approach to correct my error?
Should I remove KB944533 with Add/Remove Programs and then re-install it?
