| Is there a workaround to turn off crazy "certificate" security |

When viewing a lot of sites in France (especially French government sites) I
get those crazy Internet Explorer "non valid certificate" error
messages. I
know these sites are perfectly safe. Is there a workaround to turn off these
stupid certificate error messages - other than to install Firefox?
