128 bit security encryption

128 bit security encryption

I thought ie7 was supposed to be 128 encrypted. I downloaded it again and 
can't seem to get the encryption active. Is that something that is supposed 
to be part of the program? Do i need to set it up somehow, i need to have 
this 128 bit encryption to download information from my bank from my
