Unfortunately, according to this:

JBuilder 2007 is not support on Vista.

out with a this error "The Installer cannot run on your configuration. It
will now quit".
Any pointers on how to install manually would be appreciated.

For others interested, I got it to install by running the installer directly
in XP compatability mode, however the debugger crasshes on a regular basis.
