You could try this first:

But it looks like you are running on a Xen kernel, which has known issues that
impact JRockit. The most critical issue is that Xen (at least the versions we
have tested) doesn't handle priviledged instructions correctly, which will lead
to the JVM crashing or hanging intermittently. Try to follow the troubleshooting
tips in the link above, and if you don't find anything you can relate to JRockit
you may want to purse with the Xen folks.
