vsftp and sftp help?

I'm running a vsftp server that provides encrypted connections though TLS.
Unfortunately some clients don't know from sftp/TLS/a hole in the ground,
and now I need to provide sftp services as well.

Anyone have any info on providing sftp through ssh2 with vsftp or am I
going to have to maintain a completely separate ftp service to achieve
this?

Either way the only other requirement I have is that I need to jail the
users into their specific directories so they can't get to other clients'
info.
