oh sh*t-- JFS upgrade

I have eCS 2 beta with bootable JFS installed on my laptop. I forgot
what I was doing and upgraded the JFS package. Of course, that
package does not support bootable jfs. I tried to copy older versions
of the jfs files to undo the damage, but now I get a loud beep and an
"OS/2 is unable to operate your disk" message. What files do I need
to copy from the installation CD to restore bootable jfs, and in what
directories on that CD are they?
