Unable to locate Scripting Xtra

Hi,

 I?m using an Xtra called  'DataSafe' from a company called MediaClick in an 
Authorware 7.0 program to encrypt a password. 

 However, a user is now using my program in a Citrix environment where a short 
cut is put on a users machine to the UNC path of where the program '.exe' is. 
This works fine if the user runs it on a PC with domain admin privileges but 
the following error is reported on a 'typical' users set up:
 	
 ?Unable to locate Scripting Xtra "mcDataSafe" needed by function 
"mcDataSafeRegister" called from this file. The file may not run
correctly?

 Presumably this is something to do with user privileges? I would be very 
grateful for any help you can give me. I?ve tried emailing MediaClick but the 
email was returned as undeliverable and the MediaClick website is no longer 
available.
