Hello
 I am running a packaged code ( .a7r ) on Mac OS X (version 10.4.10). System
configuration is 2x3 GHz dual core intel Xeon, 2 GB memory.
My seniors worked on this system has told that data comes out from the program

that run on pentium Mac is not reliable and it gives different data different
times for same input. Do really a processor effects the performance of the
program. or how would i test the program about reliability.

 Thanks in advance

What is IN the data? How are you collecting it? If you're not going to
share any details of what you are doing, it will be really difficult for
anyone to help you.

To expand on Amy's request, what does this mean,
"data comes out from the program that run on pentium Mac is not reliable
and it gives different data different times for same input. Do really a
processor effects the performance of the program. or how would i test
the program about reliability."

What input? Why would it 'give different times to different data'?
What reliability are you trying to determine?

There is no way to determine if your problem is caused by an incompatibility
between Authorware and the OS since you SIMPLY REFUSE to provide any details
on what data is being collected and how your code is collecting it. I would
think, though, that if it _were_ caused by an incompatibility between the OS
and Authorware, that you would not get anything being output. So I suspect
that the problem is with the code doing the collection and/or writing.

Good luck with it;

Amy
