Did you look on your Authorware 6.5 CD? I think you'll find dibAPI plus 
ShowMe files on the CD in either the Goodies or the Macromedia folder ... 
it's been so long, though, that I am not certain.

I think that dibAPI in the goodies folder is a .dll - I could be wrong. 
If it's there, great! If not, the .u32 is much easier to use.
Did the 6.5 CD come with older versions of A'ware to do these sort of 
upgrades (v5 > v6 > v6.5)? Or did they do that just with A'ware 7? Worth 
a check...

I?m having problems with printing the screen ...
 1) Sometimes it prints & other times produces a blank sheet of paper
 2) It doesn't fill A4 paper
 3) Selecting cancel print still prints

 These problems appear on earlier posts with the suggestion:-

 Alternatively, you could use dibAPI.u32 to grab a screenshot of the 
 interface and send that to the desktop or printer. I've had pretty good 
 luck with that approach.

 The comments on awaretips indicate that dibAPI.u32 has successfully solved 
lots of problems and that the "docs" are very helpful. Unfortunately
the 
"showme" files are all Authorware Version 5 ... I'm using Version 6.5
& when 
run, they produce the error message "too old".

 Is there a way I can run the ?showme? files in Version 6.5?

The dibAPIdocs.zip file available on the site has been updated so the 
examples include version 6 and version 6.5 file conversions as well.
