Link to it as you would link to any other file.

By the way, spend more time on learning HTML and CSS than you do on learning 
DW, and you'll spend less total time getting where you want to be....

Or just link each thumbnail to the larger image :-)

Thanks for adding that info. I wondered after I posted if there might be 
more to it, and it makes perfect sense now.
Just didn't want someone brand new reading the question on this thread and 
thinking they had to create a page for each image they wanted to display :-)

Create separate pages for each image, ie: image001.html, image002.html, etc.
Link the thumbnail to the appropriate page, repeat.
