This sounds a little vaugue but can i just check that you have some form of
webserver installed on your computer either PWS or IIS. It sounds to me like you
dont OR you are not typing in the addreess of the local pahe into your browser
properly, remember it should be http://localhost/yoursitefolder/default.asp or
using your internal IP address. Sorry if i'm stating the obvious but i dont
know your level of expertise!
Cheers,

Hi it's not stating the obvious, your right in asking this question, no im not
that experienced in asp at all , first time im using it.
The webserver im running off is IIS.
You see in Dreamweaver you can link the asp page, what happens then is that the
moment i click on the link to open the asp page it wants to open the page in
dreamweaver and not in IE and i have set the asp page to open in IE, but again
when i click the link to it, it tells me something about a add-on and that it
has to close IE??
Man this is confusing.

So you have a ASP page that has a link on it to another ASP page and when you
click on that link your getting your problem? I'm not sure what you mean by
"i have set the asp page to open in IE,"
Can you make these pages available online? Is the ISS you local machine or a
remote server? Can i see the code?
