Z-Order Problem

hello dear friends

I have made a web form with dreamweaver and now use it in Asp .net 

I have problem with the Z orders, because there is a popup menu in the page
designed in dreamweaver and when it pops up goes under the other objects created
in Asp .net. I want it to be over the others. What should I do?
