speed of the animation

I have done animated message with fireworks. i have set frame delay higher to 
slow down the text movement.

 But after i export the file to .swf format, somehow the speed still very fast.

Seems like i cannot control it.

 Does anyone know what went wrong?

 There are two places where frame delay is set; it's possible that one hidden 
default value overrode your setting.

 To fix that, try the following:

 1. Check the frame delay in Fireworks [i]before[/i] exporting.
 2. If it's the right number, proceed with swf export as usual.
 3. Click on the Options button in the bottom right corner of the "Save
As" 
window.
 4. Locate the last input field in the resulting Export Options window. This is

the other place where frame rate is controlled, and it always defaults to the 
last-used fps value, regardless of your previously set frame delay. Just change

this value to yours and click OK.
