Most likely it is a good file.
Make sure you aren't using any download managers and that your temp
files/cache files are deleted (or that you have enough allocated space)

I'm trying to update Fireworks MX 2004 7.0 (build 288) to 7.02, but the online
updater zip file on Adobe's site appears to be corrupted.
I've tried downloading and opening it on several different machines many
times, but I always get the following error when trying to open it:
"WinZip Self-Extractor
Zip file is damaged, truncated, or had been changed since it was created. If
you downloaded this file, try downloading again."
Does anyone know where to download a valid updater file?
