| Can't export swf, saying movie file is locked |

I am trying to export/publish a swf of a dress up game I made so I can put it
in Dreamweaver and upload it to my site but I keep getting this error message:
"Error Creating Flash Movie File: Be sure the destination file is not
locked
or on a locked drive. Also, check that the file name is not too long"
I am also unable to test hte movie, it gives me the same error message.
Help!?
