Animated text

I am using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional.

 I followed the instructions in the project:

 http://www.adobe.com/support/dreamweaver/programs/mx_animation/index.html

 but the SWF file does not show the animated text only the animated Tiger.

 The animated text works when I scrub the play head or play using the 
controller.

 Any idea what I am doing wrong?
