Cannot view Flex demos in Adobe Labs

Hello,
 Is there some trick to viewing the Flex demos in the Adobe Labs? When it 
prompts me to download the Flash 8 player, I click yes, but then all I see is a

window with a background color, and nothing else.

 I had the same problem because I didn't uninstall flash player. You must first

uninstall flash plugin.
 Go to:

 And">http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157
 And</a> download the uninstaller for your system.
 After that goes to <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge 
href="http://labs.adobe.com/">http://labs.adobe.com/</a> and
download the last 
flash player.
 For me it was working fine.
