Hi!
I like to add phone # when I print the route for all the address I have.
Mappoint automatically prints the address and name. Is there any simple way
to print phone # along with address and name (without using programming, if
possbile).
thanks,

Thank you for quick reply. yes I can see it in the information ballon with
the suggestion you made. The problem is ithat it does not show up when I
print the route. The ballon only show up when you go and left click on each
push pin and click on show information.
thanks,
Prashant

Hi Prashant,
If you included the phone number as part of the data that you imported,
then you can specify which fields are shown in the information balloon
for each dataset.
Sometimes you have to go to the Legend and Overview Pane, right-click
on a dataset, choose Properties, and check which fields are visible.
(No programming)

Prashant,
Without programming, your alternatives are few.
Perhaps making the phone # into the name of the pin?
