Running 2004 have access to 2006...
Can/does MapPoint Software allow for a realignment with updated Postal
Service ZipCode changes? If so... how?
Lost in previous zipcodes that do not exist anymore?! or realigned

Unfortunately not AFAIK - the map data(base) is updated in sync with
new product releases, with the new version comes the new data.
