| Agents use for the disabled |

Back when I was working for Big Blue on Speech API, the possibilities for
use of Agent apps for disabled people dawned upon me. I have given many TTS
apps to disabled persons with mixed results as the technology was
complicated to set up and not all that reliable in the past, but that was
the 90's though. It seems to have greatly improved via current private
development since MS dropped the ball yrs ago. (remember the MSAgent TV
commercial with Peedy the Parrot?)
Just wondering, have any of you here used or developed TTS or Speech API
apps for use by disabled persons and what were the results? TIA.
