How to open word 2003 docs in works 8?

Hi Dears,

Can anybody help me know how to open MS Word 2003 docs in MS Works 8? All my 
research data is saved in Word 2003 in docs format. I've tried to open it 
using "File" menu but in vain. Small document open but for bigger ones
(~200 
KB) the works diaplays a message "there is not enough memory to open this 
file.....".
