| Error with Media Center....How do I install wmvdmoe.dll? |

I am getting the same error message that many others are getting. Windows
Media Center Reciever has encountered a problem and needs to close. Here are
the details of it

szModName wmvdmoe.dll
szModver 7.0.0.1917
offset 00001d4f
I know people said to download the wmvdmoe.dll file. I get that part but
what I don't get is HOW DO YOU INSTALL IT? What do you do with it after it is
dl'd? When it is done it just brings me to a box of what to open it with.
I've tried everything and nothing is working.
