I have installed and uninstalled Activesync 4.5 several times. The
installation appears to complete properly then when I connect the Motorola
Q9m to the laptop, the hardware installation wizard pops up to try to
complete the installation. It stops when it cannot locate rndismpx.sys. The
phone will not sync with the laptop. I have talked to Verizon, Motorola and
Microsoft and no one can help me. Anyone have a similar problem or can help
me with the issue it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
