Junk mail

I get as many as 50 everytime I open my mail.
Some of them are in the INBOX so I have to designate them as Junk Mail but I 
can only do that one at a time.
Surely there is a way to highlight all the Junk Mail and designate it all at 
once. ??
Anyone know how.
2. They then go into my Junk Mail folder where I must go next to delete them.
3. Then they go to my deleted items folder where I need to delete them again.
I'd like some software that allows me to block senders forever.
Once I have designated them as such, they are automatically deleted and 
bounced.
Anyone ????
