unexpected error 0x4e013

Hi,

I have reinstall my laptop recently and have setup the teacher client 
component for class server 4.0. However when I tried to log on, it give an 
errror, "An unexpected problem has occurred during sign-in. Pleasse contact

your server administrator and reference thie error: 0x4e013"

A google search on this error shows that it should be fixed in class server 
4.0.

This problem may occur in Class Server 2.0 or 3.0 when the user's Windows 
login profile is configured as a mandatory profile.

This is a known problem. Mandatory and roaming Windows profiles are not 
supported for use with Class Server 2.0 or 3.0 - Teacher application.

Anyone know the cause of this and how to resolve this?
