Fault on classserver.msn.com site

Hi,
We've got a number of CS4 sites that share resources via the internet search 
option that links through to classserver.msn.com     This seems to be broken 
for us at the moment - we get a Find: Error 4FC00 -  and I was wondering if 
anyone else has the same problem , or if it's just for our region ID (New 
Zealand TC=2&RegionID=9).

Example search that breaks is 
http://classserver.msn.com/Find/Default.htm?TC=2&RegionID=9&PubURL=http%
3A%2F%2FClassServer.msn.com%2Ffind%2Fpublishers%2F

I'll try and log this through the formal support channels but just wanted to 
see if it was a general issue that others were having too.
