Navision 4 SP3 - Error starting Commerce Gateway Broker

I installed Commerce Gateway Broker 4, SP3, and when I try to start the 
service, I receive about 5 errors in my application log, starting with this 
one:

"Detection of product '', feature 
'CommerceGateway', component '' 
failed.  The resource '' does not exist."

 I've rebooted, uninstalled, reinstalled, to no avail.  I also tried SP2, to 
see if it made a difference.

 Any ideas?  Does anyone have this product running?

I'm on Windows XP Professional.
