Anyone recommend any books on Navision? Any kind - I'm just interested in
knowing what you'd recommend to read.

Once you've exhausted all the Microsoft training material, there are not a
lot of third party books out there, I can see that changing in the coming
years though.
Worth checking out Programming Microsoft Dynamics NAV, by David Studebaker,
published by PACKT
