| I cannot Edit the Web Configureation |

In step 3. of the first attachment, it says to click "Edit
Configuration"
BUT on the next attachment the "Edit Configuration" is grayed out and
NOT
ACTIVE. Can anyone tell me how to correct this? If I can just get one thing
fixed it sure would bolster my moral. I have been studying and working for
over 3 weeks now and I still have not created a single Web Application.
