I'm not very computer literate. My hard drive crashed and I used the
installation disk to reinstall Windows XP Pro Media Center Edition after
re-formatting my hard drive. When trying to use Defrag now, I get the message

I went to administrative tools in the control panel, then found it as an
option under Computer Management.
