This is the quickest way with the media you have. Otherwise you might be
able to contact PSS to obtain a full install with SP2 integrated. It is not
available for download anywhere as far as I know.
If you are licensed for the newer version (ILM 2007), you can install that
directly to SQL 2005.

If You have MIIS license with SA You can upgrade Your license to ILM -
this will allow you to download ILM binaries from volume licensing web
site. This one will install directly on SQL 2005
