Change Contact Name from First->Last to Last,->First

Change Contact Name from First->Last to Last,->First
Sun, 3 Feb 2008 20:59:00 -0800
Using IIFP with Windows 2K3 I am able to create the contacts on both sides.
Life is good, but...

Domain A requires AD Contact(s) to be FirstName LastName, this is not an
issue as this happens by default.

Domain B requires AD Contact(s) to be LastName, FirstName. This is what I
would like to do.....any ideas?

The only work around has been using ADmodify after a sync, but this wreaks
the "automated process" goal.
