creation of users

Hi,

I have an account domain of 200 users in Forest A.

Can I used the free IIFP to create users in a new domain in Forest B. 

I want to use the linked mailbox.

Yes, You can provision users into new forest ... examples are provided 
in developers guide.

I have a resource forest with Exchange 2003 and two accounts forests. I am 
setting up IIFP but need help with the provisioning process. I need to be 
able to create the user account object in the account forest domain and then 
have IIFP create the mail enabled user account on my resource forest domain. 
This is a common use for IIFP, correct???

I have searched all over for the developer's guide you reference...can you 
PLEASE provide a link to it or tell us where to find it?
