I have set up an account with SureM for sending SMS messages. My experience
has been dreadful. The success with text message delivery is totally
unreliable and on several occasions Outlooke blocked the programme because it
was causing wider problems to the functionning of Outlook. Three questions:
Is this just me and my computer, or is this problem common?
Is the problem with Outlook and how it sends the message OR is the problem
with SureM?

Perhaps someone in one of the SMS newsgroups can help. See
microsoft.public.sms.admin
microsoft.public.sms.installer
microsoft.public.sms.inventory
microsoft.public.sms.misc
microsoft.public.sms.setup
microsoft.public.sms.sitecomm
microsoft.public.sms.software_updates
microsoft.public.sms.swdist
microsoft.public.sms.tools

Brian, I think the user is refering to Short Message Service not MS's SMS
product.
To the original poster, have you checked with the vendor if their product is
fully compatible with the version of Outlook you're using?
