Turbo Tax engine

I don't know where else to turn, so I'll try this...I completed my taxes 
using turbo tax om my home PC.  Now I am attempting to return to turbo tax, 
and when trying to open the program, I get an error that says turbo tax 
engine has encountered a problem and needs to close.  Why am I unable to open 
this program when I had no trouble with it a few days ago...what happened,

Hi - not sure why you'd think a group for Windows Software Update Services 
was the best group for your question. While you could certainly post in a 
group for your operating system (e.g., microsoft.public.windowsxp.general) 
it seems to me the best place to start would be TurboTax support.

You might want to consider using a news client, such as Forte Agent, 
Thunderbird, or even Outlook Express, rather than the pretty clunky web 
interface to the newsgroups. It's a lot easier to do nearly everything that 
way. You can mark messages to be watched, filter the views so you can see 
replies to your posts easily, and search.

The Microsoft public news server is msnews.microsoft.com and you can 
subscribe to as many groups as you like; no authentication is required.
