That error means that the update or driver is already installed. Try to run 
this: "wuauclt /resetauthorization" this will delete the update cookie
that 
the server installs on a client with all the updates status and information; 
then run this "wuauclt /reportnow /detectnow" with this the client
will 
report again its update status and will start look for new updates 
available.
