If by Forefront you mean ISA then the answer is more than likely Yes. ISA
server requires Port 80 usually. I tried to install WSUS on the other port
option but although some machines would connect to it, everytime they had a
WSUS clinet update they would stop connecting because it needed to be
deployed via port 80.
Now I didn't have much luck running both on the same server but it may be
possible if you put ISA on port 8080 and WSUS on the separate port. However,
I run a lot of internal websites that require port 80 so I kept them on two
separate servers.
