| Creative Zen Vision M doesnt get recognize by Windows Vista |

My laptop stop recognising my mp3 player creative zen vision M version,its
was working ok but now doesnt get loaded by the laptop, when i check Device
manager the player is there but with a yellow mark on it and when i look into
the properties i found this message:"could not load driver software, this
device could not start[code 10]. I unistalled the program and then installed
again but still doesnt work, the laptop is Acer aspire 5720, windows Vista
